Inside Delivery Charges
FedEx Ground
All orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states will normally be shipped via FedEx Ground within 24 hours of placement and will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business week. All orders require a physical address. FedEx Ground will not deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Some items may require additional shipping charges, however you will be notified prior to the processing of your order. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.
FedEx Express
All Express orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will be shipped that day. This applies to in-stock items only. These orders are expedited through our order process. Express shipments are shipped via Overnight, 2-Day, or 3-Day. Additional shipping fees may apply to some items. We can not ship any Express order to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. All Express orders require a physical address and telephone number. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.
Truck Shipping
All in-stock oversized items and furniture shipped within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped common carrier within 24 hours of placement. These items will normally be delivered within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not ship until the next business day. All orders require a physical address. Some items may require additional shipping charges, however you will be notified prior to the shipping of your order. Once your order is picked up, you will receive an email with the freight company and it’s tracking number.
Damage Claim Policy
If you should receive your order and it appears to have been damaged or tampered with, please do the following: Sign the delivery receipt with a note stating that “outside package appears damaged.” After opening your package and you find that damage has occurred, notify the carrier by phone within 72 hours. The carrier will then contact you with further instructions. All of our shipments are fully insured, so if you need help in resolving the situation, please call us for assistance. We will be more than happy to help you.
Inside Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based upon delivery to your front door. If you have an item that will require assistance in bringing it in your home, please make arrangements for this. In some instances, you may be able to pay the delivery personnel at this time to do this for you, but charges will vary. If you would like us to arrange this in advance for you and include it in your delivery charge, please let us know at the time the order is placed and we will handle this for you.
Cancellations
Please call 1-800-SAM-FLAX and ask to speak with "Customer Service" to cancel an order. Please note that most of our orders ship within a 48-72 hour time period. To ensure that your order gets cancelled before it ships, please call us as soon as possible. There is up to a 20% cancellation fee on all orders shipped then later cancelled.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship orders to the following states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and the District of Columbia.
